2. Information we collect

We may collect information about you in the following ways:

  • Personal data: your name, email address, organisation and message, which you provide voluntarily when you contact us or request demo access or the client brochure.
  • Usage data: technical information about how you access this website, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages visited, processed in the server logs of our hosting provider.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your enquiries and requests, including sending the client brochure you request

4. Service providers

This website is hosted by Render in its Frankfurt (Germany) region. Messages and requests sent through the forms on this website are delivered by email through our email provider, Resend. Requests are also stored, with the request type and language and, for the brochure, the commercial region, in our marketing database hosted by Render, so that we can fulfil them and follow up; we do not use them for a mailing list. If you schedule a live demo, our booking page on Cal.eu processes the details you enter there. These providers process data on our behalf and may do so outside Switzerland, including in the European Union and the United States.

5. Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to processing of your data
  • Data portability
