Consolidated Wealth Overview
The family's attributable net worth on one page: asset classes on a shared scale, liabilities, development commitments and the observations that need attention.

Complex Capital, Clarified.
The problem
Accounting, banks, custodians, property managers, private investments and entity records each hold part of the picture, and each describes it in its own terms.
What makes it complex
The question is not only collecting data.
First it must be clear how the wealth is structured, which sources are authoritative and how ownership and valuations are applied.
Capitalvue helps establish this model and then manages it in a structured way, period after period.
How it works
Capitalvue does not start with the software. We start with the structure of the family's wealth, the sources that exist and how ownership and valuations should be applied. That set-up then becomes part of Capitalvue.
01
Entities, family members, assets, liabilities and the ownership that runs between them.
02
Accounting, banks, custodians, property, private investments and other sources. The initial integration may use the files these sources already provide.
03
Ownership, mappings, valuations, reporting categories and the checks every figure has to pass.
04
Core maintains the model, Reporting publishes it and Map makes it interactive.
Capitalvue is set up around the family's existing structure and sources. Together we establish which sources are used, how entities and ownership relate, how financial information is interpreted, how values are attributed to the family, and which checks are needed before figures are published.
The family wealth model is established once and reused for each subsequent reporting period.
Product
The screens on this page are real Capitalvue output, showing the synthetic Steinmann family.
Core
Always includedCore contains the model established during implementation. It combines sources, mappings, entities, ownership, valuations, liabilities and quality checks into one published family wealth state.
Reporting and Map both use this state.
How figures are produced
Financial logic is explicit and reproducible. A published figure stays connected to how it was produced.
Calculated explicitly
Traceable from source to report
Source
The file as received, kept unchanged.
Mapping
How source items map to the family's categories and entities.
Calculation
Ownership attribution and valuation, the same result every time.
Publication
A checked, versioned family wealth state.
Report
The figures the family reads, with data revision and methodology.
Reporting
IncludedThe report uses the same ownership, valuations and published figures as Core. No separate spreadsheet model. No manual reconstruction of the figures.
The family's attributable net worth on one page: asset classes on a shared scale, liabilities, development commitments and the observations that need attention.

Funds, co-investments and direct companies on one page: what was committed, called, still open and returned, with the capital calls expected in the next twelve months.

The report also covers the capital structure of every entity, family capital per family member, real estate, liquidity and capital trend, key observations, and the data and methodology behind the figures.
Map
OptionalMap makes the wealth model interactive. View people, entities, ownership, capital, liabilities, property and investments from the same data as the reporting.
Map does not maintain a second financial model.
Map is optional. Core and Reporting work fully without it.

One family. One Capitalvue instance. One data boundary.
Capitalvue is designed around a dedicated family instance rather than a shared multi-family data environment. A running instance does not need to know that another family exists.
What changes between models is where the family's dedicated instance runs and who operates it.
| Deployment | Infrastructure | Operation |
|---|---|---|
| Capitalvue Managed | Dedicated hosted environment | Capitalvue |
| Capitalvue Private | Client-controlled environment: private cloud or on-premise | Capitalvue or client, as agreed |
| Customer Managed | Client infrastructure | Client IT |
Every model runs the same Capitalvue product.
